Our Story

Passion for Lego and Mindfulness

Jose Rodriguez is the creator of Mental Brick Studio, a blog dedicated to all things Lego. His passion for Lego began when he bought the Super Mario Lego set to share with his son. What started as a fun bonding activity quickly turned into a nightly tradition, where they built and played together.

During a challenging period in his life, when Jose faced severe depression and anxiety, Lego became more than just a hobby—it became a coping tool. Building sets and creating MOCs helped him manage his emotions and provided a much-needed focus during his recovery. Mental Brick Studio reflects Jose’s journey, showcasing his love for Lego and its positive impact on mental health.
